❗If I reach you on the waitlist and you are not ready, you can ask to be bumped to the bottom of my list ONCE. If I reach you again and you're still not ready, there is a one month wait period before you can be added to my waitlist again.
❗If this process happens twice in a row without a commission being ordered, I will no longer add you to my waitlist and you must wait for slots to open publicly.I'd still love to work with you! I just use my waitlist as an idea of what I should be opening for public commissions and want it to more accurately reflect who is interested and able to commission me.

A lot of things not on this list fall into a grey area.
My general rule: if I’ve drawn it before, it’s probably okay.
But feel free to ask! I try to be kink positive.

Fan Art Policy

I occasionally take fan art commissions for existing media if the media is for adults and I am familiar with it.There are some exceptions to this, so you may still ask, but know that I will always refuse shows where the audience is exclusively very young children (Blue's Clues for example is a no) OR the request would require me to match the likeness of real-life actors without allowing me creative freedom to adjust the designs.I will NEVER do fan art for characters that are students in a high school setting - even if the characters are 18.

Terms of Service

1) P@yp@l only2) Payment must be up front.
NOTE: A payment plan can be discussed for large orders if you inquire ahead of time.3) You may use the commission anyway you like, including reposting (credit is not required but appreciated!).
EXCEPTION: You are NOT allowed to resell my work without my explicit permission.4) I reserve the common-law copyright to all works commissioned, including all reproduction rights. There is a $10 fee if you don't want me to post the art on any of my social media. (This is mostly to allow me to use the work for my portfolio. I will never use commission artwork in a commercial sense besides to advertise myself.)5) Please provide references. If you have no references, a custom design fee will be charged depending on the level of complexity.6) I reserve the right to refuse commissions.7) If a commission has not been finished within 60 days of being received, you may request a full refund or a half refund if you’re willing to wait for the finished product. I will provide a time estimation when taking on a commission.8) Details of commissions will be discussed in private.9) Clients must be 18+, no minors.10) My TOS is subject to change at any time.

Revision Policy

You will be sent a WIP before I begin work on the finished piece. You may request up to 3 revisions at any point. Major revisions after a finished piece is presented may incur additional fees.
Every additional revision after the 3rd is $3 USD
